Delivery times

We deliver to anywhere in South Africa, by courier with an Overnight Express service.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, and depending on where you live.  Important: if items with different delivery times are ordered together, the item with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the items in the order.

Major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pretoria, George, Bloemfontein)
You will receive your order by 10h30 the next business day after it has been shipped.

Regional areas (more than 40km outside of major cities)
If you live outside a major city – you will receive your order within 1 to 4 days after it has been shipped.

There are no deliveries on weekends, so if you place an order on a Friday, it will only arrive on the Monday (for major cities).

Shipping rates

The cost of shipping within the borders of South Africa is determined as follows:

(a) if the value of the order is more than R2.000,00 after promotional vouchers, magazine subscriptions, bill payments and special discounts have been deducted, there is no shipping charge.

 

(b) if the value of the order is less than R2,000.00, the cost is R79.00.

International deliveries. The cost of delivery outside the borders of South Africa will be communicated on request.
