Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  2. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

  1. We offer standard and expedited shipping options via the Courier Guy Company

  2. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Shipping Locations

  1. We currently ship to any location within South Africa

  2. For international orders, please enquire before placing any orders - note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival.

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays:

  1. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions:

  1. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at hello@lunasol.co.za to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you on the next steps, including the return address.
4. Ship the item(s) back in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged or defective item for prompt assistance.
